1. Return Eligibility

You may return your Dreamer Shirt within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions:

• Unworn and Unwashed: The shirt must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage.
• Original Packaging: The shirt should be returned in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with the return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
• Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
• Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the shirt with the RA number and send it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned shirt, we will process your refund:

• Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
• Exceptions: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your Dreamer Shirt:

• Request Exchange: Indicate your desire for an exchange when contacting customer support.
• Replacement: Upon receiving the returned shirt, we will ship the replacement shirt within 3-5 business days, subject to availability.
• Out-of-Stock Items: If the desired size or color is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective shirt:

• Report Immediately: Contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Provide Details: Include a description and photos of the damage or defect.
